Case Management

Each child is assigned a bachelor level case manager. Our case managers are required to do the following:

  • Attend court, family team meetings, educational meetings, and treatment team meetings to advocate for the child's best interest
  • Complete MDHHS required reports documenting the child's needs and strengths
  • Facilitate S.E.L.F. groups following an evidence based curriculum
  • Collaborate with therapists, residential staff, foster care and adoption workers, parents, attorney's, medical staff, and teachers to ensure all of the child's needs are being met
