Start a Donation Drive
How You Can Shine: Become a volunteer organizer and lead a donation drive at your workplace, school, or with friends to collect essential items like food and hygiene products for the children at Whaley.

Why It Matters: Every item donated is a gesture of care, bringing comfort and necessities to those who need it most.

Tutoring
What You'll Do: Provide one-on-one tutoring to support the academic journey of one of our amazing children. Help with homework, answer questions, and share your passion for learning.

Commercial Kitchen Cleanup
We're on a mission to whip our kitchen into tip-top shape at Whaley and we need YOUR helping hands!

What's Cooking: We're looking for awesome volunteers to roll up their sleeves and help us give our commercial kitchen a sparkling makeover! Join our cleanup crew for a fun-filled day of scrubbing, shining, and making our kitchen look new again.

Why This Matters: A clean kitchen isn't just about utensils and countertops-it's about creating a space where delicious meals and heartwarming moments are made for the kids we care for.

Cleaning
We're on the lookout for an amazing volunteer or group to help tidy up our campus.

What You'll Do: Help clean the yards by pulling weeds, raking, prepping garden beds, and other necessary outdoor work. Dive into some deep cleaning to make our space shine. Transform living areas into cozy and inviting havens and contribute to creating a positive environment for our children.

Host a Dinner
Calling all volunteer groups! Join the excitement!

What You'll Do: We've got 42 lively teens, and we're on the lookout for groups, businesses, and anyone ready to bring some joy by hosting an outdoor picnic-style dinner at the Center for our kids and staff! Let's turn it into a celebration of fun and
laughter!

Help Us Fix Our Bikes
We need your help to get their bikes in tip-top shape.

What you'll do: If you've got a knack for fixing up bikes or simply want to lend a hand, we'd love to have you join us for a day of bike maintenance. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just passionate about making a difference, every pair of hands helps.

Residential Filing
Our residential team needs some extra hands.

What You'll Do: We're on the lookout for 1 or 2 volunteers to join forces to help with filing. If you have a knack for sorting, labeling, and keeping things tidy, we'd love to have your expertise!

Touch Ups
We're looking for volunteers to help us freshen up Whaley Children's Center! Join us to tackle some painting touch-ups around the Center.

What You'll Do: Whether you're a seasoned painter or just love getting your hands dirty for a good cause, we'd be grateful for your help.

Whaley Children's Center would love to host your group to volunteer. While these activities may vary from the positions listed above, groups make a huge difference at our Center. -18 years of age or accompanied by an adult when volunteering

-Complete a criminal background check

-Must have TB & Drug Test if volunteering for more than four hours a week. (We provide testing)
