The Compliance Team at Whaley Children's Center is a department dedicated to assuring the agency maintains all safety, emergency and quality standards and meets all state licensing regulations. This department conducts weekly on-site inspections of all housing units, both on grounds and in group homes to ensure they maintain licensing, fire, health and safety standards. They conduct daily camera reviews to assure safety and compliance campus wide, review and conduct inventory of medications, safety and food supplies, review every incident and restraint report for licensing and safety compliance standards to ensure all DHHS reporting standards are maintained and review case records for licensing compliance. In addition, this department is responsible for providing annual worker safety training.
